MSHS JAZZ I, JAZZ II and JAZZ III

​The Mt. Spokane Jazz Bands are among the top jazz programs in the Inland Northwest. Throughout the school year, ensembles hold several concerts, as well as attend various contests and festivals region-wide.

​- SEPTEMBER   to   JUNE -
Jazz Bands are 'ZERO' hour classes (before the start of the school day) during the school year. All dates for Jazz Band Concerts and Competitions can be found in the "Calendar" tab. Some competitions require travel and lodging; details will be posted on the BAND app, see the "Social Media" tab for more information. Admission fees for concerts is usually five and ten dollars.
Below are some of the Jazz Competitions our Band Program has participated in. Clicking the links will take you to the Festival's homepage where you can find general information on parking, admissions, and directions.

Most Festivals and Competitions are out of town and the school provides transportation, the Mead High School holds a local competition, the Mead Jazz Fest. Things to know: Admission is $10 and is an entire day on the third Saturday of March.
